Fire Safety

Employers are required by numerous pieces of fire safety legislation to adopt arrangements for the management of fire safety risks. For many this includes the provision and maintenance of fire fighting equipment such as portable fire extinguishers. As a minimum this must be carried out on an annual basis.

IFE Approved Duties of the Fire Warden

This course has been approved by the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) and has been designed specifically for those personnel that have a designated fire responsibility Fire Warden/Marshall working in industry, commerce or the public sector.

IFE Basic Fire Awareness (Online)

Current legislation, The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, applies to all workplaces regardless of the number of employees and requires employers to provide adequate training in fire awareness for all members of their staff.
